From Brisbane to Tokyo while in Orlando, Florida
Sounds like you know what you have to do then...
If only it were that simple.
Hayden Mallard is a shy, reserved and self-conscious boy starting his junior year at a new school...in a new state in America. Feeling suffocated from his past while wanting to enjoy life, Hayden tries to see what is out there: high school parties, social outings, dealing with drama, adventures, and, at a desperate time, messaging a fellow high schooler who is using the alias Tokyo. She welcomes him to a new world of music - and he wishes to discover who she is.
Between the real world and online, Hayden must experience the highs and lows of life, learning to deal with real situations, coping with the unknown and facing the consequences of recent and past events.
From Brisbane to Tokyo while in Orlando, Florida is a wonderful and deeply moving Young Adult novel about first love, second chances and the power of friendship, growing up, acceptance and life.

About
My name is J.J. Tallahay
For a long while I have wanted to fulfil the personal dream of writing a novel and holding a physical copy of my story in my own hands. I am thrilled that From Brisbane To Tokyo while in Orlando, Florida is that story that accomplishes this. For some reason I have always loved being creative - from organising events to when I was a kid and would grab a piece of paper and design theme parks (the areas, the rollercoasters and the flat rides) - and along with a passion for books, film and TV series, it has led me to here.
I have been writing, coming up with plots and stories for various genres for many years, but only in the last few have I decided to take the next step and actually develop one that could be shared to someone like you to read. Through hard work, dedication and spending countless of hours on the laptop, which have taken up my weekends and late hours after work (not that I am complaining), here is a novel with a story that I am extremely proud of and honoured with. Whether it is the characters, the plot and subplots or the emotion, I hope there is some part that you connect or relate to, and feel not so alone in this big world.
